Because our services are digital and custom-tailored to your business, we have established this Refund and Cancellation Policy to outline the terms and conditions regarding refunds and service cancellations.

1. Digital Marketing & Consulting Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and consultation services, resources and labor are allocated immediately upon project kickoff. Therefore, the following rules apply:

  • Setup Fees & Non-Refundable Costs: Setup fees, onboarding charges, and administrative fees are completely non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Monthly Retainers: Payments made for monthly ongoing digital marketing or management services are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us before your next billing cycle.
  • Milestone-Based Projects: For larger digital projects divided into milestones, once a milestone is completed, approved, and paid for, that specific amount cannot be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure a flexible working relationship, which is why we offer clear cancellation guidelines:

  • Subscription/Monthly Services: You may cancel your monthly service or retainer by providing us with a written notice at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Mid-Project Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project in the middle of a development or marketing cycle, you will be billed for the hours logged or milestones achieved up to the official date of written cancellation notice.

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We value fairness and understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If KKS Technologies completely fails to deliver the agreed-upon project scope within a reasonable timeframe (outside of client-caused delays or force majeure), a partial or full refund of the unearned project balance may be initiated.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of an accidental billing error or duplicate payment transaction, the excess amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used to make the purchase, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Please note that bank or credit card processing times are outside of our control and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

5. Policy Compliance

This policy is governed by the applicable commercial and consumer regulations in Pakistan. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
